The Cádiz Global Cup is organised by Nomadar Corp and Global Soccer Development, LLC, in partnership with Cádiz Club de Fútbol, S.A.D.

2. Purpose

This website provides information about the Cádiz Global Cup international youth football tournament, its editions, age groups, venue and how to take part, and allows clubs, academies, families and sponsors to pre-register and contact the organisation.

3. Terms of use

Access to the site is free and confers the status of user, who accepts these terms. Users undertake to use the site lawfully, to provide accurate information in the forms and not to take any action that may damage it or prevent it from working.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photographs, videos, designs and the Cádiz Global Cup logo are the property of the owner or are used with the authorisation of their holders. The crests and trademarks of the clubs, institutions and sponsors shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed for information purposes only. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without authorisation is prohibited.

5. Liability

The owner does not guarantee that the content is free of errors or that the site is permanently available, and is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites (social networks, YouTube, Google Maps). Tournament dates, venues and figures may be updated; the binding contractual information is that contained in the proposal sent to each club and in the registration documentation.

6. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy, the use of images by the Guarantee of use and image rights, and the use of cookies by the Cookie policy.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Cádiz, Spain, unless the applicable regulations establish another jurisdiction.
